I began my career in New York. After two years on the East coast, I moved back home to Los Angeles working for some of the most highly respected agencies including Chiat/Day LA. Subsequently, I went on to found creatively acclaimed Stein Robaire Helm, where I served as Creative Director on accounts such as IKEA, The Southern California Acura Dealer Association, Teva Sports Sandals, Wienerschnitzel, and Disney. We won countless accolades including top honors at the largest national and international award shows like The One Show, Communication Arts and The Clios as well as The New York Art Directors Show, The local Belding Awards – where I served as Chairman twice, The Andys, Cannes and England’s prestigious D&AD awards. My work has also been featured in trade publications such as ADWEEK, Advertising Age as well as The Los Angeles Times, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. I then created Robaire and Hogshead working with top US and European agencies on accounts such as Coke and Condé Naste Publications. Afterward, I worked full-time with BBDO New York for clients like GE, The Economist, Quaker Oats, Chrysler, Ebay, and Johnson & Johnson. With offices in Los Angeles and New York, I’m now available for freelance.
